affordable housing ?

Hey so I live in LA and I find myself in a tough situation. I currently live with my parents but really want to move out but apartments are so expensive. I’ve contacted my local housing agency’s to see if their waitlist are open to accept section 8 applications but they are all closed. Any other resources I can look into to get affordable housing?

I’m in a similar situation here in LA too. Try cash aid program through calworks, it’s so easy to apply online, if you want to message me directly I can definitely try and help depending on your circumstances 👍
