Hi my baby girl is sick she has a rectal temp of 103.8 and she has a runny nose and rosy cheeks and cough she is very fussy and we have been giving her ibuprofen and shes been so miserable already been to pediatrician and they tested her for flu it was negative idk what else to do or give her beside formula and water shes so hot to the touch as well

Truthfully I would take her in again. Rule out RSV. Push for answers mama trust your gut.
I love vapor baby bath and vapor oils for a humidifier. Depending on age they make baby cold and cough meds and u could alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol. But hard to give advice not knowing baby age.
Could be rsv or covid or a cold.
Is she still eating and playing and acting like her normal self. If she sleepy and hard to wake up or won't eat then I would take her to the er. With her tem being that high she will get dehydrated fast
I would just give her a warm bath and then try to get her temperature down with the ibuprofen if temperature not going down with meds I would call her doctor if they have on call number or you could call the er and ask them if she should come in
