Drool rash? Help!

My little boy has developed this rash near his mouth. It’s only around his mouth, googled it and apparently it’s a drool/ teething rash but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this before or has any advice please?

Try keep it dry. Use a natural barrier balm if possible and a zinc based cream at night to help it heal.
Drought secret have some great zinc and natural balms.
