I am struggling to keep any food down today, unfortunately I ate rice (which got stuck in my nose) - to avoid this I was wondering what are your top dishes that are a little easier to vomit back up again?

Apple sauce. Crackers and gingerale are great but i had the same issue as you with crackers getting stuck in my throat and gingerale in my nose. There was about a week straight i just bought bulk size jars of plain apple sauce and drank it with a straw.
Also i know its hard, but small sips of ice water will help keep you stay hydrated and help with nausea.

Soup is a good one
