My boy had tubes at around 15 months old,but at 2 years he still gets crazy ear infections. Like green/yellow discharge running down his face from his ears. His doctors say that his tubes are doing their job and will prescribe drops but I hate seeing him in pain. Anything else we could be doing?

Hey mama! Unfortunately I don't think there is anything. My pediatrician did say Flonase could help because it helps thier tubes to drain but tbh I tried that with my daughter and it didn't do much. I'm surprised he is still getting them w the tubes. My son is 14 months and has issues w fluid. I'm not sure if his disruption in sleep is due to fluid or teething. I've debated on greeting him tubes

As an adult who has had tubes for as long as I can remember (up until 3 years ago) I can give some tips that helped me for years if you'd like.
