Pregnancy after D&C

I just got a positive pregnancy test, it’s been 3.5 weeks ish since my procedure that I had due to a missed miscarriage.
I’m really lost and scared to tell my husband, I don’t want him to be hurt again.
I’m terrified to be hopeful, 2 losses in 2 years has been difficult to say the least.

Any success stories I can hold onto? 🩷

We certainly started trying again right away and fell pregnant about 4 months after ours this past june. Just hit viability and everything is looking good with baby. Here if you need someone to talk to.
