Is anyone else's baby started signs of teething yet? My baby is 15 weeks and is so unsettled especially at night. She's constantly biting her hand aggressively and seems uncomfortable. What remedies are you using?

My boy is 6 months. He has had drooling, white gums, chewing on everything and unsettled for 2 months now, it’s a long process for most kids.
Ashtons and parson teething powder. Frozen spring onion. And nurofen sometimes if really bad at night and cannot settle.
