Hi! Im in the middle of my divorce and my ex is trying to take 90% time of my 4 year old girl that ive taken care of on my own. His reasoning is im chronically ill. So f them. Im in Texas BTW
Yep same reasoning as my sons father too. He also made false allegations against me to the police and is now using that against me also in the family courts. I’ve been so worried and scared about what the outcomes going to be. The next hearing is all the way in July so my son would be 8 months old by then so I hope they can see that my son is just fine with me 😞
The dad who thinks we're together, my baby boy and I are going homeless in april 12. He does drugs tried to kick him out twice with police involved and didn't work because he's on the lease. Anyway by may I'm moving in with my aunt and daughters. He withdrew money from my account 40 dollars, he said he wouldn't. He had asked me for my debit card to buy groceries and didn't. Next day i went to food bank with my baby pushing the stroller and bags. Today he finished my milk and a lot of what i carried. I don't want to confront him.
