Corn cushions never worked for us on toe blisters but blister bandaids did! We put them on the inside of the boot where the side of the big toe sits and we don’t have near as many issues. Also unrelated to the bnb remember every clubfoot baby is different and not everyone has the exact same experience, a lot of clubfoot parents will make you feel horrible if things aren’t done the EXACT way it was with your child.

Congratulations on finishing the cast journey! Sometimes they get uncomfortable with the weight off the boots and have been used to their knees being bent, so a lot of people roll a towel out blanket and place it under their legs when they are laying down. And onsies/bodysuit that have snaps between the legs will be your best friend during diaper changes, we found some at Carters or target, but most online like on amazon (although sizing was always a little small with those). And once you have to reduce the boots time and are at part time wear, make sure you have a routine for putting them back on, you could start it now too. We did the hour off right before bedtime, so we could do his time off, bath on the days we needed to, pajamas, boots while reading a book, and another book after before bedtime, the routine will help them get ready for it. My son is 2.5 and people forget about his clubfoot all the time
