Nausea/Gagging but not actually vomiting
Anyone else get nauseous then gag for a bit but nothing comes out?
I’ve been getting nauseous feelings here and there, not from any direct foods, usually from having an empty stomach or too full a stomach.
At 2:30 in the am I was hugging porcelain, gagging for an hour. I’d make it to the very edge of puking but nothing came out.
Is this normal for anyone else?

I have experienced the same thing just not as consistent. It happens usually when I smell or eat something I don’t like and I will gag but never throw up
Me too , I have had 3 kids all with vomiting 🤢 in the first trimester. This time its different , nausea but no vomiting.

Same!!! I’ll be dry heaving for hours on and without anything coming up my gynecologist told me to take vitamin B6 50 mg three times a day and take unison at night to battle nausea. They’re both over-the-counter and safe for pregnancy.
Oh that’s right! I believe mine mentioned that to me as well, totally forgot. Thank you I’ll definitely start that!
