Mineral based only - I had the same with my son, and he’d get a reaction to the products that are claimed to be for sensitive skin - turns out the chemicals just did not bode well with his eczema.
We use badger mineral suncream and haven’t had any issues since . Pricey but soo worth not having any hassles with rashes x
