Unless you keep your child locked in a closet for the rest of his life, there is no way to 100% prevent them from getting sick.

My son has asthma and he is allergic to grass and plants.

I usually make him wear a mask if we are going somewhere with lot of flowers or just like a park full of plants.

Or I take the asthma spray with me, just in case.

My son has the same issue where he keeps sneezing, in fact, we did lot of allergies test and he is allergic to lot of plants, trees, sesame seeds, insects etc.

You should ask the pediatrician for an allergies test (blood work included) and also for a referral to an asthma specialist.

Good luck mama ❤️
