There’s one last scheduled visit around 2 then no more after that unless you requested their help I suppose

My son hasn’t seen one since he was 6 months old 🙄

Typically they stay present up until the child is 5 years old or until you cancel the service.

I saw mine before I gave birth, then after my son was born thinking it was a bit after his 8 week jabs and that was the last time I had a visit. I spoke with her after having issues with the GP taking a piss scheduling his next jabs so she called them for me and that was the last time I ever spoke with her. When it came to my son's 13 month review, I went to the local children's center and it was a community health visitor that did his review. Not sure if they are going to give me the same health visitor with this pregnancy or a different one because the midwife mentioned a referral, so I am guessing it won't be.

The last one for me was 12 months and the next one won't be until 27 months according to my local borough - I would really like my son weighed as I worry he's small for his age so I was going to see if I could request a health visitor visit sooner, not sure if that's even possible though!
