Agreed that you don’t have to have sex everyday but I’m sure you can if you want. The most important time to have sex is whenever you have clear shiny stretchy slippery cervical mucous when you wipe. That’s your fertile window regardless of what an app says. If you’re not confident about recognizing it then make sure you continue having sex past when an app says you ovulate. Not everyone has a 14 day luteal phase and most people don’t ovulate on the same cycle day every month because so much can affect it. You’re sure to hit it if you have sex every second day from the end of your period to the start of the next one
