Thank you
My little girl is coming up to 10 months
I’ve been doing 4 bottles 7,11,3,bed time
With breakfast, lunch and dinner being an hour later but I think she’s ready to drop a bottle.

I can’t get my 10 month old twins off 4 bottles a day deapite them having 3 meals! We are doing bottles at the Sam times as you are, really want to drop one but struggling!

Found this schedule helpful
For a 10-month-old baby, milk intake is starting to decrease a bit as solid foods become more important, but it’s still a key part of their nutrition.
🍼 Milk
• About 16–24 ounces
• This is usually spread across 3–4 feeds
🍼 Number of bottles
• Typically 3–4 bottles per day
• Each bottle is often 6–8 ounces (180–240 ml)
🥣 Solids alongside milk
At 10 months, babies usually eat:
• 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• 1–2 snacks
Milk is now more of a complement to food rather than the main source of calories.
⏱️ Example routine
• Morning: Bottle (6–8 oz)
• Breakfast: Solids
• Midday: Bottle (6–8 oz)
• Lunch: Solids
• Afternoon: Small bottle or snack
• Dinner: Solids
• Bedtime: Bottle (6–8 oz)
