Trying so hard not to overthink it but also trying not to gain another 60lbs. I really wish they didn't have this so called normal ranges when every pregnancy and body can vary so greatly.

😅😅😅 I went from 138 to now... 185.

My first I gained 65 lbs, second I gained 60, this time I’m determined not to gain so much. With my first two my sodium intake was high and that contributed to excess swelling and water retention. This time I’ve been conscious of every single thing I consume and have gained 13lbs(28w5d) However I was technically in an “overweight” bmi; so my weight gain should be slightly lower than the average guidance

I’m 26 weeks and have gone from 140 to 180 so far 😮💨

My first I was over, I went from 189-246 🙃 then this pregnancy I'm 26 weeks and only gained 7lbs 😅

I have never seen this scale before. They don’t base your weight gain off of that scale anyways it’s based off your bmi before you got pregnant. Try not to take weight gain to heart, I know it’s so hard but you’re growing a whole human you deserve some grace!

I’m right about 20 lbs at 28 weeks
But I gained like 8 lbs in the first couple weeks and was stressing
