My daughter has eczema all over her body including on her scalp. Shes mixed white and black and 7 weeks old. I’ve been using coconut oil on her since she’s been a few days old but it doesn’t seem to be helping the dry skin on her scalp. Is there anything else I can do to help without damaging her hair and reducing hair growth?

From my notes when my firstborn was dealing with this, some things to maybe look into
Eczema
-Hydrocortisone
-Zyrtec (2.5 ml)
-Omega 3 (infant and toddler)
-SkinSmart Antimicrobial Eczema Therapy
Apple Cider Vinegar baths
-Milk Thistle Supplement
-All Free and Clear Laundry Soap
-Gentle Soap/dead sea minerals
-Aloe Vera plant
-Daily Avocado
-Silk sheets/pillow cases
(Herbs) Calendula, Elderberry, Aloe, Burdock Root with dandelion leaf
-Scedule referral to dermatologist/allergist
-Fluocinolone oil
-Ask ped about triamcinolone cream
-For future: tacrolimus?
