Hours you work and how it fits

What type of hours do you work and how does it fit in with your child’s/ children’s schedule? I will have to go back to work in the next few months. Unfortunately with circumstances beyond my control I will not have my sons fathers help as he will be out of the country. Only help I have is my dad and he has enough on his plate as is. I have a 3 year old and a 6 month old. I’m trying to see my options but a lot of the work in my field requires I work very long hours or work evenings which I do not want to do. I want to be there for my babies. 😭
