Good days then suddenly bad

Anybody else had a run of good days and then suddenly you start being sick again like the beginning?

Yes all week I've had so much energy got to today and feel sick and so tired

Yes but more like tolerable days and bad days🙄

Yeah just feel really lethargic and weak today nausea is very on and off
