Temperature and extreme fatigue

No obvious signs of any infection, thinking it's tonsillitis...I couldn't get a gp appointment do I just ride this out? She's on her second nap today.

I’d call 111 as we are going into the weekend and she seems poorly. Are you able to look at her tonsils? My daughters had it a lot and gets really poorly when it’s left
