Is anyone else going to the extreme and really anxious about having a still birth and then all your hopes and dreams getting squashed?

I have, really bad, I can’t shake it😣 it’s so sad. One mind I’m like I can’t wait for it all and it just gets completely shut down but the thought of still birth x
Yup, constantly but I had a stillbirth out of nowhere in 2024 after a healthy 28weeks of pregnancy x
