I have had horrible allergies since a kid and so does my son. I don’t really like taking medicine so here is what I do. Liquids only cold or hot. Warm is fine just no room temp. Humidifier and nebulizers are amazing. They sell good cheap ones on tiktok. They also have vicks products for humidifiers. Face/neck massage(look up lymphatic drainage massages). Warm towels for itchy eyes. Keep the home temperature as warm as you can stand. Get outside! Pollen sucks but fresh air helps especially near water and in the sun. Have him lay on his stomach and pat his back hard. It breaks up mucus. You can look up percussion cup massages they have a tool for it but just your hands are fine. Lastly I sometimes sit in the restroom with the shower running on high. You can put essential oils, shower tablets or just plain vicks in the tub and it’ll mix with the steam and help.
