I think I might have a cold or a flu. Painful soar throat, body aches, headache, weakness, congestion. I breastfeed my baby. Should I be wearing a mask? I don’t want her to get sick again! She had rsv in February. She’s 4 months

You can always wear a mask just to be on the safe side. Your breast milk will also change when you are sick to help protect the baby. It’s whatever you feel comfortable with. My first two i just didn’t breathe on them as much but my last had RSV at 2 months and i was overly protective with him around anyone and myself

Hi! I currently have the flu with my 4month and she's been doing really good and ive been sick for almost a week. Just try to rest as much as you can. I didn't wear a mask but if it makes you feel more comfortable definitely do that
