I would just switch her to the other formula. I prefer Enfamil Gentelease. It has been working well for my baby. Similac 360 gave my baby bad reflux so I had to change his formula.

Just switch it. That way you can monitor it if anything else is wrong you know it’s the that specific formula.

I’d say double check with her pediatrician. We just switched to Enfamil Gentelease and didn’t have to do it in increments just switched right away. But again ask her pediatrician bc every baby is different.

My baby boy is combo fed, mostly breast but we use Similac
sensitive and he's never had any issues! Usually it's recommended to slowly transition to a new formula. For example let's say baby is taking 4oz bottles. Obviously fill bottle w 4 oz of water & you'd use 2 formula scoops. To slowly transition, use one scoop of old & one of the new formula. You can do this a handful of times or until the old
formula is used up. If you really want to you can just switch but sometimes that can cause upset tummy as well. You can always talk to your pediatrician first too.

It might be worth having a conversation with your pediatrician about the root cause of the gas pains! We were on the same formula and through talking to our ped and having them do a culture of a dirty diaper, we found out that he has CMPA (cows milk protein allergy). We switched to alimentum and he is a new baby!

I switched from Enfamil to Kendamil and my girl has done great. :) also started mixing in gelmix formula thickener and it’s been life changing
