I am almost 8 weeks and for over a week I keep getting intense dairy cravings at least twice a day! Like I'm just eating mozzarella straight out the packet at this point, but it can be anything from yogurt to a cheese sandwich or cheese pizza.
I am wondering if this is a sign I am calcium or protein deficient or something? Has anyone else had this? This is my second pregnancy and I literally had no cravings the first time.
My morning sickness nausea seems worse this time around and the dairy does also seem to help relieve that weirdly. 🤷
