AMH and OHSS

I had high AMH and no OHSS. I have mild PCOS, but no endo

You clinic should automatically put you on a OHSS prevention protocol after your egg collection.. which if they do, will likely mean a frozen cycle

My AMH was more double yours when I was 39 . My stims was at the lowest dose, I had a good response and my trigger shot was also one that wouldn’t push me in to OHSS. I was lucky to have plenty of eggs and then had freeze all cycle, followed by 2 FETs. Personally I don’t think my body would have handled a fresh transfer either and I’m glad it didn’t go down that way.
I wouldn’t worry, your clinic knows what to do and will adjust your protocol accordingly . Also it all depends on how you respond to the stims ( which is not always predictable ). All the best

I have high AMH (37.5) and didn’t have OHSS. Only time I was at risk was after human growth hormone was added plus increased stims and my E2 levels went through the roof! Had to coast for 3 days before I could trigger to get my E2 levels below 20k. But still no OHSS. Everyone responds to high E2 differently though.

Slightly different but wanted to share, I stimmed quickly, had to lower medication after a couple of days and my retrieval was brought forward (straight after my first stims scan) my clinic gave me advice to limit the risk of ohss but if I was happy they would continue with a fresh transfer, I did get ohss but not major and my girl from that transfer is now 2 years old. I guess what im trying to say is dont over stress yourself, follow your clinics guidance, drink atleast 2l of water a day and have small walks every day x
