Infant Gaviscon made baby scream cry
Hi, anyone had a bad reaction to infant Gaviscon? I gave it to my baby a couple of nights ago and he woke up screaming like in pain. I decided to not give it to him anymore but today his reflux was quite bad and I let myself be convinced to give it another try. Same story, woke up screaming and crying.
I mixed one sachet with breast milk and gave him half at 9 and the other around 12, while he was breastfeeding. Maybe I shouldn’t have saved half of it for later?
I’m not terribly worried about the reflux because I think it’s related to the antibiotics I’m taking and I have only 2 days left.

My little boy was the same, it also turned his poo black and grey! He was checked in hospital and once he was off it everything went back to a normal colour and the screaming stopped, he’s now on carobel for severe reflux and it been a game changer! X
