Nappy rash
My little girls bum is so sore, she’s had nappy rash in the past and it’s always gone with creams and everything I’ve described down there 👇 this time it’s just not going 😪
I’ve tried every cream, nappy free time, she’s always changed after she’s done a poo etc. changed frequently. Even washed with warm water and a cloth rather than wet wipes.
I’m stuck on what to do, I didn’t know if a doctor would prescribe with a light steroid cream to help it clear up. If anyone has any other tips please feel free to help 🙏

Go to the GP, it could be a fungal infection which she’ll definitely need a steroid cream and some other stuff to help it go away. If you’ve tried everything within your means, get help straight away. You can also ask your pharmacist and they’ll give you some advice too xx
You can also air out her bum couple times a day i think its 5-10 minutes a day without a diaper/nappy i do my son 3-5 per diaper change
