Flying best seat window or aisle?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a bit of advice.

I’ll be flying solo with my 16-month-old son. I have travelled alone with him before when he was younger and a little easier to contain, but now he’s much more active and curious. He loves being involved in everything and doesn’t like sitting still for long.

It’s only a short flight (around an hour), but I’m unsure whether it’s better to keep my window seat or switch to an aisle seat.

What would you recommend? Any advice would be welcome and things to keep him busy other than snacks 🤔

I would go for the aisle seat and a busy board

I’m always picking the window seat, especially for a puddle hop like that.

Distract them with the window, more isolated away from people, not dropping things in the aisle, generally out of the way.

Probably aisle seat if he’s quite active so then you can walk him up and down the aisle for a bit.
