Bibado plates/bowls

Finding they taste so strongly of soap after washing/the food on the plate tastes of soap 😷 any tips on how to stop this? We have tried using lemon after to take out the taste but isn’t working. Alternative brands that are good?

I has to move to bamboo and metal plates because all the plastic ones I had tasted like soap. Not sure what the bibado ones are as I’ve not used them x

I hate everything silicon - they all smell terrible no matter what you use washing them

My husband put boiled water into a big bowl we had and then left the plates in that for an hour or so and it definitely removed the soap taste/smell on them.

I’m planning to look for some new bowls that at non silicon now we are out the weaning stage.

We are about to change to stainless steel when I get paid! The plastic tasting like spag Bol for breakfast would upset me so it must bother my son hahaa x
