Period & swimming

I’m on my period and supposed to be taking my daughter to her swim class tomorrow. Haven’t got anyone else to take her in the pool. Any tips or do I not bother?

Wear a tampon and go swimming? That’s what I do

I don’t wear tampons so personally if the flow is heavy I’d prob try to reschedule it.

If it’s pretty light, just go in and then change your pad immediately after getting out. I once had to do this at a waterpark when my period just started and was still pretty light. Worked fine.
