I’m thinking of starting now that we’re approaching summer but just not sure if it’s worth the hassle.
Do you take your baby? Is it worth it at this age?

I would love to as i was thinking the same but their timings are shit too early in the morning...

Just take them to your local pool instead of proper lessons - much cheaper and can do it on your own time. It’s not till kids are 3/4 that they have the coordination skills to actually swim. Prior to that it’s about confidence, familiarity with water, floating etc

I started taking my LG when she was 3m. It’s amazing that she can now dive só well. And more importantly, it’s an activity we enjoy together 🩷100% recommend it

I swim w him 2-3* a week w friends at pools or beach we don’t do lessons but that’s coz we already go swimming, I’m a beach gal so naturally in summer you’ll find me on the beach or at the pools anyway. I’m 30mins to city and 30mins to beach the other way so I go in both twice a week for leisure.

Been going since 5 months. We love it. The only thing is sometimes she doesn’t nap before and then she’s grumpy during the lesson which isn’t that fun. But she enjoys it and it’s definitely helped her physical development she’s a very active baby
