Promethazine for morning sickness

Just looking for some reassurance, did anyone take promethazine in pregnancy with July 23 baby and everything okay?
I didn’t take anything with first July 23 baby but suffered badly with morning sickness, now pregnant with baby no.2 and can’t go through the same level of nausea and sickness with a toddler. Dr prescribed promethazine and know they wouldn’t prescribe if not safe but just wondering if anyone else has taken and baby okay? Thanks

I took cyclizine with my July 23 baby but have been taking Promethazine this time as cyclizine didn’t help, baby is growing perfectly so far. I’m 17.5 weeks x
