Rash on baby

My 5 month old has a rash on her back yesterday which has spread slightly today. She’s otherwise totally fine. Does anyone know what this could be or if I can do anything to clear it up? Thank you! X

Did it clear up? I was going to write it could be viral but also something like eczema/dermatisis if she was otherwise well then I noticed it was posted 5 days ago!
