Need some tips.
My daughter will literally only drink Juice. She is 3 and I have unfortunately let this go on for way too long. She drinks Mott’s tot’s apple juice and honest juice box’s which are all watered down already. I want to try and get her to drink water. How did you all get your kiddos to drink water/more water? I wish I don’t let it go this long and I’m really ashamed that I did. I feel like I’m just surviving some days and doing what I know has worked. I’m just fearful for her health and teeth at this point so any KIND tips are appreciated. No mom shaming is welcome on this post. We are all doing our best.

Honestly I ended up doing the same thing with my 3 year old and I just added a little bit of juice to her cup and had ice cubes and mostly water.

I don’t have any suggestions unfortunately but do have a tip! Get the sugar free apple juice. I don’t think it comes in the small boxes. But they do have a large juice container. My husband went down the route of getting sugar free juices for our toddler and now he asks for juice all the time. We still water down the sugar free kind

we buy sugar free clear water drops, they sell a Great Value brand at walmart. i put just the smallest amount in plain water, it doesn't stain cups and is 0 cals. my 3 year old is very hydrated and it helped with potty training too
