Not sure how to get midwife to take me seriously?

I have been having several dizzy/near-faint episodes that the midwife brushes off as hormones as my iron, blood sugar etc is all OK even though my heart rate is much higher than normal. Today it happened while I was seated and my husband was taking his BP at the time and we measured mine a few times and the results were 76/47 and 126bpm heart rate. I have a midwife appt at 10am and worried she will brush me off again but I feel the episodes are getting dangerous now due to my size and how hard I will fall? Anyone else had this?

Are you ensuring you eat enough?
Are you staying well hydrated? Your iron might be showing as fine but I was feeling dizzy and tired and slightly faint for a few weeks before they decided my iron was too low and gave me supplements, I felt better within even a couple of days! So perhaps buy your own iron and take some and see if it helps some? Also if you ask them to record in writing about your concerns they’re more likely to want to do more tests as they won’t want it on record that they didn’t heed your worries.

That is quite a low BP, you should definitely go to triage 😅

That's very low BP, are you drinking enough water? Should be aiming for at least 2 litres a day, as mentioned by others defo go to triage to get checked

Anyone else feeling really heavy?

So I’m 27 weeks, and I feel really heavy! It’s the only way I can explain it, like my front feels heavy and my back hurts ( but not that much surprisingly) it’s more that when I’m stood or sat I feel uncomfortable. Anyone else feeling this at the min? This is my second pregnancy and child, and I don’t remember it being this bad first time round!

High blood pressure

I’ve had pre e with 3/4 of my kids. They are obviously watching me close this time around. I went to L&D about 3 weeks ago for it being really high. Got there it went down but they did keep me overnight. I’ve been monitoring my bp at home for a couple months now. Took my afternoon reading and was 190/80. I relaxed and wait 10-15 min to retake and was 152/75. I’m scared I will be having pre e again this time around.
