Has anyone had to deal with someone like this?

So I have this “ex friend” that has been harassing me with texts and calls for the past 5 years. I cut off all contact with her 5 years ago because shes an insane, bi polar, toxic, narcissistic, vengeful person who has caused me so much stress for the 8 years I’ve know her. I never answer the calls or respond to the texts I just block and delete. Sometimes it’s once in a while, sometimes it’s every month. Sometimes shes leaving voice messages crying saying she misses me and needs to talk to me, sometimes it’s hateful texts saying I’m an evil, shitty person and things like that. I have no social media other than this app but shes not on here. She keeps trying to get me to talk to her again and she’s been bothering me to help my child’s father out (shes friends with him because they both don’t like me) because he’s homeless but refuses to get a job or do anything to better himself and has been arrested twice that I know of last year. Shes even found me on Zelle and has messaged me on there. I’ve blocked about 10 numbers or more from her, some were even from out of state. And she only contacts me between the hours of 10 pm- 6 am and sometimes I get the calls or texts at 1 or 2 in the morning. I figured she would run of out numbers eventually but I doubt it now. I’ve even posted about her before on this app years ago because she was trying to intimidate me out of quitting a job that we had both worked at because she would have to pick up my shifts.
I don’t want to change my number because I’ve had it for years and it’s connected to soo much and I refuse to be bullied off my number because of her.
Sorry just felt like venting because I’m starting to get tired of this. Btw the pic below was from last night.
