Mine started in June and it gets so bad I get sick. What do you guys do it for it mine is worst around my period or when my kids get sick or when negative unexpected things happen.

Meditation really helped me. I used a free app called Medito. It taught me the basics and now when I feel the anxiety approaching I'm able to ride it out without getting lost in it.

Honestly, Lexapro saved me. Not sure if you are down with meds, but it was a life changer.

i had anxiety before i got pregnant and was taking anxiety meds which really helped a lot ! and even taking them while pregnant, haven’t had an anxiety attack since , try medication if u believe your anxiety is really bad
