I’m starting to feel like I have prenatal anxiety or possibly even depression. I think it’s mainly work related, but I feel like it’s becoming a bigger strain every day. Any tips or advice?

My advice is talk to your midwife so they can get you the support you need sooner rather than later. They don't like to take chances that you could get worse, when you're pregnant, in my experience.

I know how you feel entirely. Can you get signed off by your midwife/dr and have a rest period? Reduced workload or anything like that? Sending love x

I feel like you, i think maybe as everybody says first ask for help with your midwife, family and friends and also something that i will try is maybe do maternity yoga (hopefully it helps)
