Anyone getting Brixton hicks already?

I had them quite frequently in my 3rd trimester, in my first pregnancy and this pregnancy, they started at 20 weeks. I'm not concerned.. Just didn't realise they started this early

Yeah they've just started for me which blew my mind as with my son i don't think they even started until 40 weeks haha I did look it up though and it does say about braxton hicks starting around 20 weeks. I believe its fine as long as they're not regular or with any pattern. For me I take it as a sign I need a break!

Oh yes! I don’t remember having them with my others but this time, wow! The other day they were every few mins 😂 so I decided to rest and stop working for a bit ha

Incredibly Broody!! Just a very emotional mum

I desperately want another child! We've agreed to wait ttc next year (2027) when things in our life are a bit more settled and I'm already tracking ovulation as it worked the previous time.

I'm just so Broody, I see pregnant ladies and babies everywhere. I can't wait! My son will be 6 by the time I hope to be pregnant again.

My sister is pregnant which is super exciting as I can have baby cuddles again. Anyone else feeling like this?

Fast baby heart rate?

I had my midwife appintment and she monitored babys heart it was faster then she would have licked and i hadnt felt movement that morning and she couldnt feel any either ( this was morning around 11:20 so havent had much time to sit down and feel baby as i also have a toddler at home) anyway i was admitted into the antenatal ward, i was put on a constant monitor for about 5 hours inbetween that time they got me ready to have an IV drip for liquids and where getting a bed ready in labour and delivery for more constant monitoring, but then babys heart dropped back to normal and started moving again i was monitored for another hour and a half before being released as they said they where happy but had no explanation for it... i felt completely fine i had no signs that baby was in distress at all.

Im just sat feeling so lost now i dont have any more appointments untill the 21st and im concerned i wont notice again if anything was wrong.. ive had braxton hicks like mad for last past week but in no pattern to indicate labour, babys heads down but not engaged, and ive had slight tightening but they dont seem concerned at all.. im 35 weeks

Has anyone had a similar experiance ? Im just confused what caused it and how it ended up being lowered on their own and they just called it " a moment"

Need advice please

Hi ladies, I am a second time mum and my due date is today. They wanted to induce me today which I said no to and also turned down a sweep. I feel like your body and baby will know when it’s ready and I don’t want to force anything.

However they keep saying babies stomach is consistently measuring over 92nd percentile and are worried about shoulder dystocia during a natural delivery which would then likely be a medical emergency. They have ruled out diabetes but want to keep monitoring me for preeclampsia. ( I don’t have it but they are worried I might end up with it soon).

I gave birth naturally with my first although at 3cm dilated they still put me on a hormone drip and was so painful I am reluctant to have any intervention this time.

However of course if my baby and my health is at risk then I will need either a planned cesarean or induction.

Just interested for opinions or if anyone else has been through this? I have a midwife appointment in two days where I feel I might agree to a sweep only at least and see how I go.
