PPROM at 18 weeks 5 days
Hi all, my name is Elexis. I am 19 years old. I am currently 23 weeks 2 days pregnant with my son. My water broke at 18 weeks and 5 days due to a large subchorionic hematoma that I had throughout my pregnancy. I have been inpatient hospitalized since 22 weeks. This is my second pregnancy, I have a daughter at home, and it is a situation I never thought I would be in and hard to process. I joined this group for the support of people who have gone through or are going through the same situation in hopes of being able to talk to people who actually get it and understand what it’s like to be going through it. I was hoping others would be willing to share their story and maybe make some connections in what it looked like for them.

I just read your post. I pray for you momma. How are you now?
I ended up having him in a fetal ejection. Frank breached birth at 26 weeks and three days in may 6th and he is still currently in NICU doing better than we all expected, emergency surgery at 6 days. However, he’s a fighter for sure and just praying he makes it out of the NICU eventually.
