Anyone with some advice I would appreciate it greatly, If you know what to do or have been in this situation and managed to figure it out please let me know, desperately need to get this figured out, I don't want to live this way anymore.
Reluctant to go to the Dr's as I have two young children and don't want my mental health questioned if it is not a problem..
I did go once before got reffered and then cancelled it when I wasn't in a "low" anymore because I go into denial...
Everytime I'm in a "low" I consider going to the Dr's and talk myself out of it, is there any other way to figure this out?
What happens if It is just my life and the Dr's start looking at me like I'm crazy?
I can't have my children effected by me needing to figure this out..
Also due to marry In 4 months, currently pushing my partner away and sabotaging everything.. Is it because of my mental health or are my feelings and actions rational and justified I really don't know ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. It sounds like you should see the doctor and speak to a therapist as that’s the only way to figure out what’s going on. I knew I had mental illness when I felt depressed and felt no enjoyment from things that should be enjoyable. Therapy and medication helped me a lot. If you feel like something isn’t right, it’s important to trust your instincts and get the treatment you need to feel better! It could be as simple as seeing a therapist to help process your feelings or they could suggest medication. You say that you’re worried about your children being affected, but the best thing for them is a healthy mom, so it’s important to get the help you need to figure it out

I don't know the answer but depending on your age you may be perimenopausal. Or if your kids are young it could be fluctuating hormones.
I have been up and down my entire life, but I have also been surrounded by bad abusive people my whole life, I have a 3yr old and a 10 month old, I feel like something is not right and always have but as I've said I'm soo unsure why.. I'm worried it is and always has been my mental health and I finally get the courage to go and it all gets blamed on my being postpartum... Such a good chance of that happening and then what? Do I push saying I need help and it's not that? How can I do that when I'm not sure if it is me or if its a crap life.. I feel soooo stuck
is a therapist able to diagnose if you have a mental health condition?

I've seen both a doctor (psychiatrist) and therapist since I was 13. Postpartum can definitely worsen mental health struggles that were already there. I highly recommend seeing a doctor and/or therapist. Life-changing for me. If they say it's "just postpartum" then they aren't a good practitioner, and yes you can push and say it's not because you know yourself best. You don't have to know why you feel the way you're feeling - that's what they're there to help you figure out!
