Headaches
Anyone else getting such regular headaches in their second trimester? I’m finding I keep getting them but I sleep awful and wake up lots so not sure if it’s down to that or if I should be worried. I’m 16 and a half weeks. I have my midwife next week anyway.
I remember with my daughter I did get them but feel like it wasn’t this constant.

I’ve been having these! The only thing that helps me is having a (weak) coffee so I don’t know if it’s just tiredness or my body getting used to wanting caffeine again after first trimester aversion, but worth raising with your midwife if nothing at all is easing them
I had them a lot with my daughter and im having them again now. Im 17 weeks. I had my midwife appointment today everything went fine and we just put it down to literally being pregnant. I keep getting them on the left side of my head or in my eyes and paracetamol doesnt help at all. I have the 4uhead rub and i find that helps a bit x
