Advice for curly hair

Looking for some advice please but my lo has a head full off curly hair and was wondering what's best to use to help keep it curly please or what I could do other than spraying it constantly with water as he doesn't like it and is only 1 ideally if I use a product it would have to be for sensitive skin as he has allergies so any advice would be appreciated thank you in advance
