In the first trimester of my second pregnancy, I need help with my first I had no nausea or food aversions and with this one I don’t wanna eat anything because the thought of food makes me feel sick and I no longer feel hungry. Any advice would be great because this mama is struggling to keep up with her toddler😩

Liquid IV packets (the kind with sugar - not low carb) have been a life saver for me. When I get really nauseated, I make one with a whole packet to 16 oz of water, then I water it down as the nausea subsides.
Also, forget what they say about crackers and toast - protein and fiber keep me feeling okay. I've been making a lemon pasta salad with chickpeas that I keep in the fridge and it has a good blend of protein and fiber that work for me. I'd suggest trying to find one dish like that to keep on hand before things get bad.
