I have this black dress that I bought and wore to my uncles funeral 2 years ago. It has been sitting in my closet only worn that one time, everytime I try to wear it again something in me says it’s bad luck. That if I do wear it out then something bad will happen. Am I being too superstitious? Should I wear it , keep it as a designated funeral address, or just throw it out

I’ll always remember, My mom used to keep her funeral suit/dress in a clothing bag hung in the back of the closet because it gave her bad vibes being able to see it blatantly everyday when picking clothes.

You can always accessorize it to change it. I had a designated interview shirt and then I wore it to my grandmother’s memorial. I haven’t needed it since because I finally got pregnant. I felt like it wearing it brought me luck and blessings personally

I really like the idea of making it the funeral dress, that’s what I would do. Although I do not believe it’s bad luck to wear it to other occasions!

Did you like your uncle? I have a dress that I wore to both of my grandpas and grandmas funerals (they all died within a short period of time) but I’ve worn it out too, and I loved all of them so it doesn’t give me bad vibes to wear it, it actually makes me feel closer to them whatever particular day I wear it. Instead of it being bad luck, I think of it as good luck bc they all have my back, and they’re looking out for me.
