6 month regression?

Sleep has gone from good to terrible. I'm not sure if it's teething or a regression but... please tell me I'm not the only one?! She's also impossible to put down as she wants to be constantly attached!

More than likely teething atp, my son started wanting to be right under me at that age and started comfort suckling on my nipple nd i noticed he was sucking on his hand too making a mark from his gums and wanting something rubbed on his gums majority of the time to soothe the ache
