Group B Strep antibiotics
Did anyone have to have the antibiotics drip for Group B strep? How long were you hooked up to the antibiotics drip for? I'm worried about potentially not being mobile for a long period during labour. I'm also worried if my waters break before labour starts I'll have to do the whole labour in hospital and I really want to labour at home for as long as possible.

I had this, the drip lasted on me around 20 mins but they do 2 lots of it. As soon as your waters break you MUST go into hospital as it can affect the baby if they don't get the antibiotics in better to be on the safe side that's what I've been told anyways. Good luck xx
