What would you do?

Looking for some advice regarding a recent situation. I live on the first floor of my apartment complex and earlier today I received a notification from my ring camera that two people were outside on my patio. I look and I see two little boys taking a piss on my patio. I’m so livid I yell at them and tell them to go home. My husband goes upstairs to tell their parents but the kids were home alone. So he waits until the dad gets home, my husband tells the dad, and the dad shrugs it off.
