Uncomfortable for me. Some nights I can’t sleep. I’m tired all day. I used to work out almost every day so this is really hard for me. It’s definitely the period where you need to rest. I’m also hungry all the time and was never like this throughout my pregnancy. Knowing that I’m almost at the finish line is what’s giving me hope.

I'm with Carmen here..
I'm 31 weeks tomorrow..
Recently haven't been sleeping well at all.. can't fall asleep at nights.
My hips hurt..my back hurt.. my tummy hurts.. my "mind" hurts 😅😅
But for real though.. hopefully it doesn't get worse though..
Oh..I also have this bad taste in my mouth and I crave something to eat every 30 minutes.
I literally don't have the energy to even do a thing.. even to go pee takes too much out of me..
But we got this.. let's look at how much better it "does" get instead. 🫶🏽
Let's look at the fact that it could be worst.. that the baby is still moving.. that our body is this powerful.. that we are this powerful to be able to do this.. that we will almost see our bundle of joy.. that part of us.. that life we helped create..that life love formed.. 🥹
Let's practice those meditations and breathing.. push and stretch a little..and remind ourselves that our body was designed for this. 💪🏽💪🏽
